Don’t worry if your country is not on the list; it is highly likely that we can also deliver to you. This will be indicated when you enter your delivery address.

Delivery is free worldwide for every order above 300€. For every other order, delivery rate in France is 10€ and 20€ for the rest of the world

You can get a refund only on non-personalized items as long as you didn’t wear them and you send them back to us in the same condition as you received them.

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has a legal period of fourteen days from the receipt of their order to return products sold by Hats in the cloud and get a refund, without penalties, provided that the item has never been worn, is returned complete with all its labels, packaging, and associated brochures, and that the return procedure is accurately followed by the customer. This warranty does not apply for customized items that won’t be eligible for a return, unless items present a default.

For returns for products that have manufacturing defects, we will take care of the shipment. Other shipments are in charge of the customer.

We're a tight-knit team working hand-in-hand to bring you the most fun in our workshops and top-quality products. Anastacia has been in the fashion game for years. Her passion for sewing and designing clothes started in her childhood in Venezuela, where her mom, a seamstress, taught her the ropes. Since then, Anastacia has worked with several ready-to-wear brands and created custom outfits for a wide range of clients. Her works have been worn by artists like Usher and Nicki Minaj. Anastacia is all about fashion, especially hat-making. In 2022, she leveled up by getting a certification in fashion with a specialization in millinery. Thiago hails from the Paris region. He jumped into this adventure with Anastacia, handling all the admin stuff, creating the website, managing bookings, and taking care of customer service. He’s also a music producer on the side, so you might hear some of his beats in our social media posts. Tapz, also known as Tacos because she loves food, is our dog who tags along in our lives. She helps out in her own way, bringing us toys when we're out of ideas.
